Employees can log in and see a variety of reports designed to help them analyze their sales such as year over year comparisions, year to date and monthly summaries by Region, by Sales Managers, by Dealers, etc...
- Promotion Tracking - All good sales companies come up with great ideas to help sell their product. Due to competition some of these ideas need to be implemented quickly. Well thought out databases and reports effectively measure the various program goals.
- Manage Price Data - Produce a quarterly Price Book for over 1000 dealers. Data is acepted from many sources to bring together an accurate price list for their dealers.
- Forecasting - A database driven forecasting model that projects demand on tires for current and following years.

Family Dealer Retail Marketing
- www.bfsretailsupport.com - Created this site to be a secure resource for existing dealers. This multilanguage site allows dealers to log in
and order a variety of products such as tire displays, flyers, billboard artwork, radio ads, images, etc... Many of the products such as flyers, discount cards and ads are
customizable. The site allows a dealer to customize and view marketing materials right on line.
One of the main goals of the site was to allow Bridgestone to control branding. Business intelligent database designs allow dealers only to view, customize and purchase materials they are authorized for.
- Dealer Billing - The system feeds purchases to the company Mainframe necessary for billing the dealer. This automated feed has cut hours of data entry as well as improved accuracy of over 2 million dollars of revenue.
- Custom Software - Built custom software displaying key tires based on certain criteria. The software was used as a marketing tool. The application was not only technically strong but visually as well. I worked with Bridgestone designers to create a professional looking software package designed for Windows 98, 2000 and XP and successfully distributed it to over 2000 dealers.

- Variable Print Solutions - The print industry has drastically changed over the last five years. Printers today have been forced to become strong technology companies. Copyco recognized this early on and has been a leader in the variable print industry and Gold Data Management has been their every step of the way. My business intelligent databases drive various custom print solutions.
- Data Management - I help manage much of the data comes that comes into the business, building interfaces to receive, fill and bill orders.
- Technical Sales - I have played roles in selling these solutions to Copyco's customers. Together we have successfully sold many projects.
Innovative Marketing
- Custom Software - I built and support a custom client server application. The software is used for client management, order entry and inventory tracking. The software is integrated with an offsite warehousing center and it sends and receives data nightly.
- Network Support - I designed and support their current network.
Santana Equipment Trading
- Custom Software - I built and support a custom client server application. The software is used for client management and inventory tracking. The software creates a dynamic web page of availbale inventory that is fed to their web site nightly.

- Custom Software - I built a half dozen or so custom web driven and client server applications. I have built applications for a Doctor, Lawyer, Retailer and an Energy Company.
